Description
Aspidochelone Studios is a solo indie game studio creating atmospheric, narrative-driven experiences inspired by history, mythology, and the fragility of the human body. Our current project, Wound Man, is a dark narrative game inspired by medieval medical illustrations and early surgical manuscripts. It explores historical depictions of injury, survival, and the uneasy relationship between medicine and violence.
History
Studio BackgroundAspidochelone Studios was founded in 2023 as a solo development studio focused on atmospheric and historically inspired interactive experiences.
Wound ManWound Man entered Early Access in 2023 and spent approximately two and a half years in active development. The game officially left Early Access and reached full release in June 2026.
